Tested SAP Business One versions

  • SAP B1 10.0 FP2111 HF1 64-bit MSSQL 2019
  • SAP B1 10.0 FP2111 HF1 64-bit HANA 2.00.044.00

Note: Older and newer SAP Business One versions usually also work, but have not been specifically tested in this version.

Make sure that you do not use SBO10 PL3 (FP2008) or PL4 (FP2011) including any of their hotfixes with Produmex WMS. If you are about to upgrade SAP Business One to a PL higher than the one we have tested Produmex WMS on, make sure that you always test your Produmex WMS processes in a test SAP environment before performing the SAP PL upgrade on the live environment. Quality of Life

(1) Group Picklist Proposals

  • If there are multiple sales orders selected for the same customer/address, it is possible to group the lines of the sales orders on the same proposal if no picklist has been created yet.
  • Each time you create a new proposal, the system closes the existing one(s) and creates one new proposal for all sales order lines.
  • Related (already existing setting of the picklist proposal generator): Try to group items on 1 proposal? (Y/N)
  • Now the function applies to the Picklist Proposal Manager screen and to the Picklist Robot too. (Previously it applied only to the Sales Order screen and to the Open Sales Orders screen).
  • The Picklist Robot uses the following view: PMX_PICK_LIST_ROBOT_CREATE_PROPOSALS
  • See documentation here.

(2) Select a logistic carrier during Ad Hoc Picking Flow

  • The Select a Logistic Carrier screen is available during the Ad Hoc Picking Flow if you do not use a movable location.
  • The system displays the screen during the Picklist and the Route tasks. The screen is not displayed during the Customer Collect task.
  • The screen is displayed in the following cases:
    • no movable location has been selected
    • you have at least one item that is a logistic carrier
    • you have a logistic carrier location as a pick location
    • the item has stock in the logistic carrier location
  • See documentation here.

(3) Order view of replenishment orders

  • Two settings have been added to both extensions of the Replenishment generator:
    • Orders view name setting:
The default view name for the Select a Replenish Order screen during the Replenishment Flow. Default value: PMX_REPLENISHMENT_ORDERS_LIST
    • Orders view order by setting:
The setting defines the order of the replenish orders listed on the Select a Replenish Order screen during the Replenishment Flow. Default value: “Priority” ASC, “DueDate” ASC, “DocEntry” ASC, “LineID” ASC
    • See documentation here.

Container management

  • Two settings have been added to the container management controller to be able to import lines from a CSV file for containers with Purchase type and Sales type:
    • CSV purchase custom header
    • CSV sales custom header
  • The name of the columns in the CSV file should be DocNum, LineNum, Quantity and optionally ObjType.
  • See documentation here and here.

Weight system in production

  • The Weight Capture needed during Production setting has been added to Item Master Data > Produmex tab > Production tab.
  • The setting applies to the Receipt from Production Flow and to the Production Flow. It does not apply to the Disassembly flow.
  • If the setting is enabled, the system displays the Enter the weight screen and the product / by-product must be weighed with a scale during production.
  • If the setting is disabled, the system displays the normal Enter the weight produced screen.
  • Prerequisites: There is a scale defined for the production line.
  • The setting applies to items that are not managed by serial numbers.
  • If the item is a catch weight item, you can weigh the item after the first quantity has been added.
  • See configuration here and the production flows here and here.
