Feedback system

• The Usability Improvement Program is available in Produmex Scan.
• The gathered data sent to Boyum IT can be:
  • feedback: generic information (e.g. SAP version, resolution) and add-on specific information (e.g. number of configurations)
  • error
• The UIP tab has been added to the Produmex Scan settings window with the following settings:
  • Usability Improvement Program setting to enable the feature
  • Scheduled Time to Send Data setting
  • Send Errors Only setting
  • Last Date Data was Sent
  • Last Time Data was Sent

Transaction separation

• Transaction Separation for Production Receipt setting and Transaction Separation for Production Issue setting have been added to the Produmex Scan General tab of the Produmex Scan settings window.
• The settings are recommended to be used if more than one employee works on the same purchase order or production order.
• Transaction Separation for Production Receipt setting:
  • If the setting is enabled, the Receipt from Production Flow separates the transactions based on the employees who have been working on the purchase order.
  • Produmex Scan displays the number of purchase order lines that have been received by the given employee and the purchase order lines can be posted based on the separate transactions.
• Transaction Separation for Production Issue setting:
  • If the setting is enabled, the Issue for Production Flow separates the transactions based on the employees who have been working on the production order.
  • Produmex Scan displays the number of production order lines that have been issued by the given employee and the production order lines can be posted based on the separate transactions.

Supported extra fields in Argentinian database

• The POI field and the Folio Number From / To fields are supported if the SAP country database is set to Argentina.
• The POI field is mandatory to be filled in to create documents.
• The fields are supported in the following flows and windows:
  • Goods Receipt PO Flow, Goods Receipt PO window
  • Free Goods Receipt PO Flow, Goods Receipt PO window
  • Sales Return Flow, Delivery window, Return window

Cursor focusing on Android

• Cursor focusing customization option has been added to Produmex Scan for Android. With the option, you can define the text field on which the cursor is focused and the keyboard is also automatically displayed so that you can immediately start writing.
