Note: Older and newer SAP Business One versions usually also work, but have not been specifically tested in this version.

Make sure that you do not use SBO10 PL3 (FP2008) or PL4 (FP2011) including any of their hotfixes with Produmex WMS. If you are about to upgrade SAP Business One to a PL higher than the one we have tested Produmex WMS on, make sure that you always test your Produmex WMS processes in a test SAP environment before performing the SAP PL upgrade on the live environment. With SAP B1 version 10.0 SP 2311 when trying to access database table via User Interface (UI) API, the user might get an error “Cannot access table. Please check it is listed in the allowed list. For more information, see SAP Note 3375193.”
To solve the issue, go to Administration → System Initialization → General Settings → Services tab → UI API Configuration group, click the '…' button after 'Enable Query Validation' and append the table to the list. Alternatively, turn off 'Enable Query Validation'.

With SAP B1 version 10.0 FP 2405 when trying to access database table via Data Interface (DI) API, the user might get an error “Cannot access table. Please check it is listed in the allowed list. For more information, see SAP Note 3399053.”
To solve the issue, go to Administration → System Initialization → General Settings → Services tab → DI API Configuration group, click the '…' button next to Enable Query Validation and append the database table to the allowlist.

Additional Features

Implementation of UoM Barcodes in the Item Packing Flows
- Scanning a Unit of Measure barcode, the system will automatically read it and recognize the number of the base UoM contained in the barcode (quantity & unit).
- Useability Improvement: For example a pallet of 1.000 pieces the users do not have to scan the barcode 1.000 times or press the '+' button 1.000 times.
- Note: This function is applied to GTIN14 and Free Barcode types

WMS Customization Framework 2: Select entries of the Mobile Client screen lists by user queries
- As a further improvement in the customization framework, now there is a new Events tab and a Customization Manager table. This means it is easier to implement complex logics on the selection of UI fields and reduce the number of “clicks” by creating automated workflows.
- Use the existing customization framework with the new functionality to automatically fill UI fields based on database user queries. For the detailed documentation click here.

Beas-WMS Integration

“Make Pick List Ready” setting introduced as a Beas Pick Type setting
- With this new setting, Beas users can now select to make the picklist automatically “Ready” after the pick list has been created. For more information please visit the BEAS-WMS Integration site.
- Important Note: Beas Manufacturing and PMX WMS must be updated to 2024.06 for these parameters to work!

Material Stock Transfer Request from Beas Work Orders
- Produmex WMS and Beas Manufacturing 2024.06 and later, the Beas Work Order Stock Transfer Request function supports WMS integration. Therein, the Beas logic to generate reservations for a WO Stock Transfer Request is applied also when WMS creates the document. For more information please visit Work Order Stock Transfer Request

Beas Support Batch and LUID Lock System Level

Allow Beas Reservations at WMS Picking for Production Flow
- WMS and Beas 2024.06 and later, the user can choose to make the WMS pick list automatically ready after the pick list has been created. For more information please visit Requesting material for Production

Delimiting production locations for Work Order Issuing in WMS warehouses
- When WMS is installed, end users can now filter stock to be displayed in the Work order Material Issue screen. Beas allows filtering by Zones and specific Bin Locations. When the filter by zone or bin location is defined, the system displays the filtered results in the Beas Work order. For more information please visit Requesting material for Production

Additional changes

PMX WMS has a wide variety of translations, and in this version we have added the Hebrew translation.
Note: The proper backward writing of the language is featured only in the desktop version of the product. See the list of available translations here.
