Requesting a Produmex License key

You can request a Produmex license at our license request web page.

1. Fill out all necessary fields on the page (the ones marked with *) and add the products for which you need the license.

You have to fill in Partner, Requester name, Email address, Customer name, Country and City accordingly.

2. Next gather all data about the SAP Business one system where you would like to install Produmex: Installation Number, System Number, Hardware Key. These can be found in SAP Business One in the Help> About SAP Business One menu.

You can copy the numbers if you right click on the fields, and then you can paste them into the appropriate fields on the web page. Please note: all of them are needed for the license.

3. Select the add-on from the dropdown list. You can request 5 different add-ons at once. If you need more than that number, please fill in two request form.

4. Next select the add-on license type.

• If you want to request a license for a new installation at a new customer, select a New type license.
• If you request a license for a working environment, select a Production type license. Production licenses have no expiration date.
• If you want to request additional user licenses for an existing installation select the Extension of existing license type license.
• If you want to request a license for a customer so that they can try our add-ons, you have to request a Customer Demo license, which will be valid for 60 days.
• If you are a partner and need a license for presentation versions then you have to request a Partner license type license, which will be valid for one year.

5. Add the add-on version and specify the number of requested licenses.

6. After you have filled out your license request form, click on the Submit button to send it. If the license was successfully sent, you will receive the Produmex license in an e-mail within 24 hours with a summary page showing the details of the licenses you requested.
