It defines a seveso class for an item to hold the maximum quantity allowed for the total inventory.

The system checks the total inventory and gives a warning if it exceeds the defined maximum quantity. 

Example:
  * Maximum quantity = 10 
  * Stock in warehouse 1 = 251
  * Stock in warehouse 2 = 0
