There are a few extra steps that must be taken in the upgrading process due the structural changes in the software.
  - Uninstall every Produmex Scan component including the add-on and the Service Broker. If you are upgrading from a version previous to Version 17.05, please also uninstall the client application as well.
  - Install the new version of each Produmex Scan component.
Please note:  If you are using Produmex PDC in addition to Produmex Scan, upgrade both in order to be compatible with the new Service Broker version.
