This section describes the additional Produmex (PMX) functions available on standard SAP Business One (SBO) documents. Standard SAP Business One fields and core functions are not covered in our documentation.

Some PMX buttons, such as Create Picklist Proposal, Select Stock, or Get Free Stock appear on SAP Business One documents. This documentation focuses on explaining these PMX-specific functions and their usage.

The Get Free Stock button is appear on the Sales Order.
Its purpose is to update the PMX Free Stock field. When the button is clicked, the value in this column is refreshed based on the current available stock.
