Picking

• 1. Ad Hoc Picking (Pick List task): Setting Show Stock for Location is added to the Pick List Controller.
  • If the setting is enabled on the Pick List Controller, the Select a Pick Location screen shows the free stock quantity of the selected item for each location listed on the screen.

• 2. New print event: 204 - Picking: after item is picked
  • Applies to picking flows using pick lists as an input (Picking flow, Ad Hoc Picking (Pick List), Pick List for Production)
  • The print event is triggered when the full quantity of an item is picked.
  • Filter Document Line (PRFDOCLI) is added to the Print Events tab of the Organizational Structure: it uses the new setting Print After Item Picked of the Produmex Pick List Types (PMX_PLTY) UDT to check whether a document should be printed.

• 3. Pick List Controller: Consolidate Items to Pick setting
  • When picking full SSCCs with items managed by serial numbers, the allocation of serial numbers is automatic, that is, it is no longer necessary to scan the serial numbers as well.

Packing

• 1. Packing script: Optimizing Sales Shipping

• 2. Setting Pick List Order By is added to the Packing Controller:
  • Defines the sorting of pick lists on the Select a Pick List screen of the Consolidated Packing and the Cash Register Packing flows.

  • Setting Usability Improvement Program is added to the General tab of the Organizational Structure.
  • If the setting is enabled, the add-on automatically sends information to Boyum IT about how the product is used and that information is used to improve the related features. The gathered data sent to Boyum IT can be:
    • Feedback: generic information (e.g. SAP version, resolution) and add-on specific information (e.g. number of configurations)

Documentation maintenance

• Cycle Count Controller
  • If setting Manually Set Price on Processing the Count is enabled, settings Price List for Goods Issue and Price List for Goods Receipt are ignored for any price calculation.
• Additional Expenses Generator
  • Generating additional expenses is supported in the following cases:
    • (1) Target document: Sales Delivery
      Base document: Sales Order or Sales Invoice
    • (2) Target document: Sales Invoice
      Base document: Sales Order or Sales Delivery
    • (3) Target document: Purchase Delivery
      Base document: Purchase Order or Purchase Invoice
