On this screen you can select the lines you want to put on the proposal. When you click the Generate proposal button, the proposals are created for the selected document lines (except for production orders, see Pick List for Production).

Dock
Select a dock for the proposal. Every loading dock from the warehouse is listed in an alphabetical order.
When no dock is selected, the system uses the first loading dock it finds.

Grid
In the grid you can select all the lines you want to put on a picklist proposal. The displayed data and the sorting of the lines depend on the settings of the Picklist proposal manager screen controller.

Generate proposal

When you click this button, the picklist proposals are created for the selected line(s).

If the PickList Proposal Generator extension is PickListProposalGenerator - Generates picklist proposals, only lines belonging to the same order are grouped to a single picklist proposal.

If the Picklist Proposal Generator extension is PickListProposalGenerator - Generates picklist proposals grouped by customer-address, the system groups order lines that belong to the same customer and address onto a single proposal.
The system allocates stock in the same order as the document lines are displayed on the Picklist Proposal Generator grid.

After the picklist proposals are created, the list of created proposals is shown on the Generated picklist proposals screen. If only one proposal is created, the generated picklist proposal opens. It is possible that no or only a partial proposal can be made for certain sales order lines. Those lines are displayed on the No proposals made for sales documents screen.

Click the icon on the Menu Bar to refresh the screen.
