Quality of life features

• 1. Put Away Strategy:
  The Put Away Strategy uses the PutAwayDestinationLocationHookScript hook flow that can be customized so that the system allows for scanning or selecting only the defined destination locations during the Put Away Flow. From product version 2021.12:
  • The system displays the default location on the Scan a Destination Location screen during the Put Away Flow. The default location is the first location returned from the stored procedure.

• 2. Item Master Data - UoM:
  In the Item Master Data window the Purchasing tab has the Purchasing UoM Code setting and the Sales tab has the Sales UoM Code setting. From product version 2021.12:
  • If you open the UoM code list of the settings and remove the same UoM from both lists, the system automatically removes the UoM from the Produmex tab > Attributes tab > Packaging Type Code list.
  • If you add the UoM to any of the UoM code list again, the system automatically adds the UoM to the Packaging Type Code list of the Attributes tab.
  • Click Refresh and the changes are reflected on the Attributes tab.

• 3. Import Tool:
  • Import location attributes:
    You can import location attributes with the tool through CSV files. Inheritance applies to location attribute import.
    • The imported location attribute types and their values are automatically inherited from the main zone to sub-zones and bin locations and from sub-zones to bin locations. When a sub-zone or bin location inherits location attribute values, the system allows for selecting a different location attribute value later on.

  • Import movable locations:
    You can import movable locations with the tool through CSV files. Template: ImportMoveableLocation
  • Layout changes:
    All elements can be imported with the General Import function (see General Import drop-down menu) except route templates.

• 4. ASN Reception - Supplier reference number:
  • While importing the ASN file with the Interfacing Tool, the system identifies the supplier reference number in the CSV file.
  • The column name in the CSV file is: SupplierRefNo
  • Adding the column name to the CSV file is optional.
  • The Supplier Ref. No. column has been added to the Open ASN Lines window. When the ASN file is imported, the Open ASN Lines window displays the supplier reference number.
  • When the items are received in the Open ASN Lines window or during the ASN Reception Flow, the Vendor Ref. No. field of the Good Receipt PO document is filled in with the imported reference number.

• 5. Choosing printer on Mobile Client:
  • The Ask operator to choose printer in the mobile client? setting has been added to the Print Events tab of the Organizational Structure.
    • If the setting is enabled, the system displays the Select a Printer screen on the Mobile Client and lists the printers available in the warehouse where the Mobile Client is set.
    • If the setting is not enabled, the system uses the default printer.

• 6. Checks Flow - printing:
  • During the Checks Flow it is possible to print item labels and logistic labels on the following screens: Items on Location, Items on SSCC, Details Item in Stock
  • Used print event to print logictic unit labels: 700 - WHS: created LU

• 7. Put away move order generation:
  • The Put away for receive from warehouse generator has been added to Produmex WMS with the Put away generation setting.
  • In the drop-down menu of the setting the following three options are available:
    • Do not generate: The system does not generate put away move orders when finishing the Receive from WHS Flow.
    • Generate: The system generates put away move orders when finishing the Receive from WHS Flow. The generated logistic unit can be selected during the Put Away Flow.
    • Generate full pallet: The system generates put away move orders when finishing the Receive from WHS Flow. The generated logistic unit is a full pallet and it can be selected during the Put Away Flow.

• 8. Picking alternate stock from bulk locations:
  • The Allow alternate stock to pick from bulk locations? (Y/N) setting has been added to the picklist controller: All, except Ad Hoc picking settings.
  • By default, the setting is enabled and it makes it possible to pick alternate stock from bulk locations on the Mobile Client.

Additional changes

• CSV Custom Header
  • The field of CSV Custom Header setting is filled in with the default column names and a drop-down menu has been added to show the list of columns together. See documentation here.
• Ask for Reprint? setting
  • Organizational Structure > Print Events: The Ask for Reprint? setting has been renamed to Ask operator for reprint in the mobile client?. See documentation here.
• Translation
  • Polish translation (5) has been added. See the list of available translations here.
