6.1. Exception when creating BxErrorDisplayForm

Issue
When the Produmex Manufacturing add-on is started in SAP Business One, the following error is displayed:

There was an exception when creating BxErrorDisplayForm: Error in BxFormUI constructor: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Solution
Remove the SRF files. From the Tools menu select Produmex Manufacturing > SRF File Management > Remove SRF files.
